Порядок получения права на пособие по безработице

Вчера правительство Республики Молдова одобрило проект закона о некоторых мерах по поддержке населения в период чрезвычайного положения, в соответствии с которым во время действия ЧП лица, в том числе вернувшиеся из-за рубежа и получившие статус безработного в территориальных подразделениях по трудоустройству, ежемесячно получают пособие по безработице в размере 2775 леев, даже если у них нет страхового стажа, необходимого для получения пособия по безработице в соответствии с действующим законодательством. Безработным, которые уже получают пособие по безработице или которым право на него предоставлено в период чрезвычайного положения, но размер пособия менее 2775 леев, получат компенсацию разницы между суммой предоставленного пособия по безработице и суммой 2775 леев, начиная с даты вступления в силу закона и до отмены чрезвычайного положения. Чтобы получить пособие по безработице, лица, не имеющие статуса безработного, должны будут зарегистрироваться в территориальном подразделении занятости населения по месту жительства или проживания, подав заявление о предоставлении статуса безработного и пособия по безработице в размере 2775 леев. Лица, имеющие статус безработного, но не получающие пособия по безработице, также должны подать в территориальное подразделение занятости по месту жительства или проживания заявление на получение пособия по безработице в размере 2775 леев. Безработным, которые уже получают пособие по безработице в меньшем размере, разница будет возмещена без подачи дополнительного заявления. Чтобы воспользоваться правом на пособие по безработице, можно подать заявления в территориальные подразделения занятости в электронном виде или почтовым отправлением. Заявление о предоставлении статуса безработного и / или пособия по безработице должно быть подано ПОСЛЕ ВСТУПЛЕНИЯ ЗАКОНА В СИЛУ и должно сопровождаться копии удостоверением личности, документами, подтверждающими образование или квалификацию и декларацией об личной ответсвенности, в соответствии с образцами, которые можно скачать здесь: · заявление на предоставление статуса безработного; · заявление о предоставлении пособия по безработице; · декларация о личной ответсвенности. Пособие по безработице выплачивается ежемесячно НКСС на основании информации, представленной территориальными подразделениями занятости населения. ПОСЛЕ ОТМЕНЫ ЧРЕЗВЫЧАЙНОГО ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ, пособия по безработице для всех безработных будет предоставляться в соответствии с Законом № 105/2018 о поощрении занятости и страховании по безработице. За дополнительной информацией обращайтесь в информационный центр ANOFM по телефону 0 8000 1000, с понедельника по пятницу. Периодическое издание «Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md» проинформирует читателей о введении в действие положений закона. В соответствии с предварительными расчетами, на данном этапе стоимость этой меры оценивается в 264 млн леев.
