Posturile vamale interne: eliminarea dificultăților la transportarea producției agricole

Din 8 octombrie 2021 producția agricolă cultivată de către persoanele juridice și fizice subiecți ai activității de întreprinzător, înregistrați la Agenția Servicii Publice și care au relații fiscale cu sistemul bugetar al RM, deținători de terenuri agricole amplasate după traseul Tiraspol – Rîbnița (6499 ha), transportată prin posturile vamale interne de control, va fi scutită de plata TVA.
 
În Monitorul Oficial din 8 octombrie curent a fost publicată Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 226 din 6 octombrie 2021 pentru modificarea Regulamentului privind transportarea mărfurilor prin posturile vamale interne de control, aprobat prin HG nr. 792/2004.

 

Potrivit documentului, scutirea de TVA va fi aplicată cu condiția prezentării în original a certificatului eliberat de către primăria localității privind deținerea terenurilor în posesie (cu indicarea suprafeței acestora), precum și a actului în original, eliberat de către Consiliul raional Dubăsari (Secția agricultură și cadastru), privind cantitatea producției prognozate de a fi recoltată.

 

La etapa actuală, pentru ca produsele respective să nu fie impozitate similar celor de import, la posturile vamale interne este solicitat un certificat eliberat de către Camera de Comerț și Industrie privind originea produselor agricole, costul acestuia fiind de 3 mii lei.

 

Astfel, modificările au ca scop eliminarea dificultăților ce pot apărea în procesul transportării produselor agricole de către deținătorii de terenuri agricole menționați.
