Расширение IT-парков, продвижение Республики Молдова в качестве туристического направления, а также стимулирование экспорта национальных брендов обсуждались на встрече министра экономики и инфраструктуры Кирилла Габурича с представителем Миссии USAID в Молдове Карен Хилиард. Министр экономики и инфраструктуры выразил благодарность Миссии USAID за поддержку, оказанную Республике Молдова в продвижении нашей страны в качестве партнера, создающего условия для осуществления инвестиций в IТ сектор. «Сектор информационных технологий играет важную роль в развитии национальной экономики. Мы сделаем все возможное, чтобы эта отрасль стала конкурентоспособной », - подтвердил Кирилл Габурич. Карен Хилиард подтвердила плодотворность сотрудничества с Правительством Республики Молдова и отметила достигнутые страной результаты. «USAID продолжит оказывать техническую и финансовую помощь для создания и развития IT-парков, поддержки бизнес-среды и привлечения иностранных инвесторов в Республику Молдова», - добавил глава миссии USAID в Молдове. Также стороны коснулись развития и продвижения туризма. Кирилл Габурич отметил, что туристическая отрасль является приоритетом для Министерства экономики и инфраструктуры, открытость для применения различных стратегий продвижения Молдовы за рубежом и должны использовать потенциал нашей страны как в географическом, так и в культурном и аграрном плане. Карен Хилиард подтвердила, что Республике Молдова есть чем гордиться. «Страна обладает большим потенциалом, который нужно развивать, вы дружелюбные люди с красивой и богатой культурой, качественными винами. Развивайте региональный туризм, потому что живописные места есть по всей стране».
