Правила въезда в Приднестровье ужесточатся, но не для граждан Молдовы

Лидер Приднестровья Евгений Шевчук подписал указ, ужесточающий миграционный учет и контроль граждан, въезжающих в регион. Согласно документу, иностранцы смогут пересечь границу лишь при наличии у них приглашения или разрешения на въезд. При этом разрешительный документ будет выдаваться за плату. Указом также расширяется перечень оснований для отказа иностранцам во въезде на территорию региона. К примеру, отказ может быть получен, если иностранный гражданин «сообщил заведомо ложные сведения о себе или о цели своего пребывания в Приднестровской Молдавской Республике» или «не выполнил законного требования сотрудника милиции об остановке транспортного средства». В то же время МИД Приднестровья подчеркнул, что новшества не коснутся дипломатов, миротворцев и аккредитованных в регионе журналистов, а также некоторых категорий граждан, список которых пока не утвержден. Его доработают в феврале. В Тирасполе обещают, что для граждан Молдовы и Украины правила въезда в регион не изменятся, благодаря договоренностям, достигнутым ранее в ходе переговорного процесса по приднестровскому урегулированию. Кроме того, на данном этапе оформление приглашений на въезд для лиц, прибывающих в Приднестровье с краткосрочными визитами, не требуется. В МИД Приднестровья отмечают, что Указ направлен на защиту государственных интересов и безопасности Приднестровской Молдавской Республики.
