Правительство одобрило Национальную программу по контролю онкозаболеваний на 2016-2025 гг. стоимостью 1,6 млрд леев

Правительство утвердило Национальную программу по контролю онкологических заболеваний на 2016-2025 гг. и План действий на этот период. Стоимость внедрения программы оценивается более чем в 1,6 млрд леев. Проект разработан Министерством здравоохранения при поддержке экспертов Всемирной организации здравоохранения. В документе предусматривается, в частности, увеличение до 2025 года на 25% уровня раннего выявления рака, обеспечение доступа, по меньшей мере, 80% больных раком к качественному диагностированию, лечению и постоянному уходу. Другой целью является развитие паллиативной помощи и реабилитации онкологических больных и обеспечение доступа к этим услугам. Кроме того, предусмотрено совершенствование и обеспечение функциональности Регистра онкозабоеваний в соответствии с документами Международного агентства по изучению рака. В Молдове на втором месте среди основных причин смертности населения – опухоли. Заболеваемость и смертность от рака растет во всех регионах страны. По сравнению с 1970 годом эти показатели выросли вдвое. Только в 2014 году было зарегистрировано 8860 новых случаев рака, скончались от опухоли 5972 человека. По данным Министерства здравоохранения, основной причиной смертности от рака в Молдове является выявление недуга на поздних стадиях. В 2014 году почти у 47% онкопациентов заболевание было диагностировано на поздних стадиях (III и IV).
