Правительство приняло под свою ответственность перед парламентом пакет из семи законов

Их утверждение является условием Международного валютного фонда для утверждения новой программы финансирования. В частности, речь идет об утверждении проекта закона о восстановлении и санации банков, проекта поправок в закон о финансовых учреждениях, закон о Нацбанке о Центральном депозитарии ценных бумаг, о выпуске гособлигаций во исполнение Минфином платежных обязательств, вытекающих из госгарантий от 17 ноября 2014 г. и 1 апреля 2015 г., о внесении поправок в закон о госбюджете на 2016 г., в бюджет государственного социального страхования и фонды обязательного медстрахования на 2016 г. Как отметил премьер Павел Филип, принятие этих законопроектов является предварительным условиям для утверждения МВФ новой программы финансирования Молдовы. Поэтому их утверждение нельзя откладывать из-за субъективных причин, начала предвыборной кампании и т.д. Глава кабмина признал, что правительство может быть подвержено критике из-за одобрения многих проектов из этого пакета, но они важны, поскольку нужно выполнить условия для утверждения нового соглашения о финансировании с МВФ. Павел Филип сказал, что форма принятия правительством упомянутых законопроектов - под ответственность перед парламентом – также была согласована как с МВФ, так и с парламентским большинством. По его словам, если бы законопроекты утверждались по классической формуле, через парламент, было бы потеряно несколько недель, и Молдова могла не успеть выполнить все предварительные обязательства перед МВФ и разблокировать внешнее финансирование страны.
