Правительство утвердит План действий по улучшению социально-экономической ситуации в АТО Гагаузия

Группа экспертов во главе с вице-премьером, министром экономики Октавианом Калмыком разработала План действий по улучшению социально-экономической ситуации в АТО Гагаузия на 2016-2019 гг. Октавиан Калмык подчеркнул, что реализация положений документа будет способствовать улучшению экономической ситуации в автономии, увеличению экспорта, привлечению прямых иностранных инвестиций, развитию малых и средних предприятий в регионе, а также созданию новых рабочих мест. План предусматривает реализацию в АТО Государственной программы по изучению государственного языка, в том числе, в дошкольных учреждениях, стимулирование регионального развития, восстановление инфраструктуры. Кроме того, планируется ежегодное выделение финансовых ресурсов для капитальных инвестиций и развитие по принципам пропорциональности и справедливости, продвижение виноградарских и винодельческих компаний Гагаузии на внутреннем и внешнем рынках. Документ предусматривает проведение капитального ремонта отделений больниц в Комрате, Чадыр-Лунге и Вулканештах и пунктов неотложной медицинской помощи. Некоторые проекты, как предусматривает план, будут профинансированы за счет отраслевых программ партнеров по развитию. Действия, требующие дополнительных расходов из госбюджета, намечены на 2017-2018 гг.
