Правительство активизирует отношения с ЕБРР

Правительство заинтересовано в сотрудничестве с Европейским банком реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР) и предпримет меры для его интенсификации. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Валериу Стрелец на прошедшей в пятницу встрече с Главой представительства ЕБРР в Молдове Юлией Отто. Как сообщила "Инфотаг" пресс-служба правительства, он сказал, что хорошо знаком с проектами, поддержанными банком в Молдове, в том числе из опыта парламентария. "Мы высоко оцениваем связи с ЕБРР и выступаем за конструктивное сотрудничество для достижения совместных целей с максимальной динамикой и эффективностью", - отметил премьер. По словам Юлии Отто, ЕБРР готов к развитию сотрудничества по всем направлениям. "Стратегия сотрудничества с РМ на 2014-2017 гг. предусматривает несколько приоритетных направлений, в том числе развитие частного сектора; улучшение доступа к финансированию малых и средних предприятий; внедрение соглашения о создании зоны свободной торговли РМ-ЕС; привлечение инвестиций в РМ. Готовы предоставить помощь молдавским властям путем проведения экспертизы и финансовой помощи для обеспечения благоприятного климата для бизнеса и создания необходимой инфраструктуры", - подчеркнула Юлия Отто. Собеседники обсудили ход реализации положений Меморандума об улучшении инвестиционного климата и консолидации усилий по лучшему управлению страной, подписанного РМ и ЕБРР в 2014 г. Стрелец и Отто отметили необходимость ускорения введения на практике проекта создания омбудсмена для деловой среды. На встрече была рассмотрена деятельность Экономического совета при премьер-министре, секретариат которого финансируется при поддержке ЕБРР. Согласно цитируемому сообщению, Стрелец высказался за расширение этой платформы для диалога и привлечения к участию в ней всех заинтересованных в обсуждении экономических политик правительства. ЕБРР - крупнейший инвестор в РМ. Его портфель насчитывает более 100 проектов на 1 млрд евро.
