Правительство Приднестровья снизило оффшорный сбор с 10% до 3%

Ставка оффшорного сбора в Приднестровье снижена второе - с 10% до 3%. Соответствующее решение приняло в четверг правительство ПМР. И.О. министра экономического развития Алевтина Слинченко объяснила необходимость пересмотра принятого правительством два месяца назад решения тем, что многие предприятия, ранее работавшие с оффшорными компаниями, перенаправили свою деятельность в открытую и легитимную зону осуществления бизнеса, и соответственно, отчисления напрямую поступают в бюджет. Для снижения нагрузки на организации, которые остались работать с оффшорными зонами, мы приняли решение уменьшить ставку. Поскольку для некоторых предприятий, это единственная возможность доставлять сюда товар по внешнеэкономическим контрактам, - сказала она. По словам Слинченко, решение принято на основании многочисленных обращений организаций, в том числе от поставщиков медико-фармацевтической продукции, которая практически в полном объеме импортируется из других стран. Есть контракты, которые заключены в 2015 г., расчеты по ним идут и для того, чтобы это не повлекло за собой увеличение цен на внутреннем рынке на данные и другие виды товаров, мы предлагаем снизить ставку, чтобы облегчить ведение бизнеса, - добавила и.о. председателя правительства Майя Парнас.
