Правительство установило новый порядок валютного регулирования

Кабинет министров утвердил поправки к Закону о валютном регулировании. Документ предусматривает ряд изменений правил проведения валютного порядка. Они направлены на регламентирование капитальных денежных операций в области экспорта и импорта валюты. Решение об этом было принято на рабочем заседании правительства 2 марта. Согласно изменениям, предусматривается переподчинение банков и других финансовых учреждений, проводящих операции с иностранной валютой, от Национального банка Молдовы (НБМ) к Национальной комиссии по финансовому рынку (НКФР). При этом НБМ предоставляется право применения защитных мер по недопущению затруднений в осуществлении денежной-валютной политики. Также оговаривается порядок осуществления валютных операций, в том числе международных денежных переводов. По мнению авторов законопроекта, эти изменения должны способствовать снижению уровня «долларизации» экономики и, следовательно, повышению эффективности денежно-валютной политики. Премьер-министр Павел Филип отметил важность законопроекта и призвал к скорейшему внедрению изменений. Первый вице-президент Нацбанка Марин Молошаг, презентовавший документ на заседании кабмина, подчеркнул, что операции в иностранной валюте должны и впредь проводиться на территории РМ, но без нанесения ущерба национальной валюте.
