Право на разведку и разработку месторождений углеводородов в РМ получила американская компания

Право на разведку и разработку месторождений нефти и газа в Молдове получила на условиях концессии американская компания Frontera Resources International LLC. Решение об этом по итогам конкурса приняла комиссия, сформированная министерством окружающей среды. Конкурс был организован летом этого года, участие в нем приняли две компании. По мнению членов конкурсной комиссии, британская компания Overseas Minerals Corporation не соответствовала всем необходимым критериям, поэтому победителем была признана американская Frontera Resources International LLC. За это решение единогласно проголосовали все члены комиссии, которую возглавлял министр окружающей среды Валериу Мунтяну. В комиссию также входили представители минюста, минфина, Агентства по геологии и минеральным ресурсам и гражданского общества. По условиям конкурса, компании-участники должны обладать 15-летним опытом работы в разведке и разработке месторождений нефти и газа, бурении скважин, обработке связанных с этим данных, производстве, транспортировке и продаже нефтепродуктов на международных рынках. Кроме того, инвестиции компании в аналогичные проекты в других странах должны составлять не менее $50 млн. По условиям договора, компании-концессионеру будет предоставлено пять лет на разведку и оценку нефтяных и газовых месторождений в Молдове, а затем будет предоставлено право в течение 40 лет на их эксплуатацию с возможностью продления концессии еще на десять лет. Государство, согласно договору, будет получать «минимум 1% от дохода», полученного от продажи углеводородов. Компания должна начать работы не позднее чем через два года после подписания контракта. Сегодня известно о разведанных в Молдове запасах природного газа в объеме 1 млрд кубометров, что сопоставимо с годовым потреблением страны. Добычей нефти и газа на юге республики занимается компания Valiexchimp. Из 21 скважины работают только 15, годовой объем добычи газа составляет 300 тыс. кубометров. Глава Valiexchimp Валентин Бодиштяну сказал NM, что концессия, полученная Frontera Resources International LLC, никак не затрагивает его компанию, так как речь идет о разработке американцами 5 тыс. кв. км на участке Унгены-Бессарабка и к югу до Вулканешт. Эта зона не пересекается с территорией, на которой находятся скважины Valiexchimp. Frontera Resources International LLC входит в в американский топливный концерн Frontera Resources. В Молдове Frontera Resources International LLC - учредитель компании Fron­te­ra Reso­ursces Ener­gy, ее директором значится Габриэла Ребежа. Компания зарегистрирована в здании кишиневского бизнес-центра IPTEH по адресу Штефана чел Маре, 65.
