Preşedintele ţării a semnat proiectul de lege prin care se anulează obligarea cetăţenilor de a rambursa miliardele furate din sectorul bancar

Preşedintele Republicii Moldova, Igor Dodon, a convocat o şedinţă de lucru pe marginea situaţiei din sectorul financiar-bancar. În cadrul şedinţei, Preşedintele a menţionat inadmisibilitatea transpunerii pe umerii cetăţenilor a fondurilor deturnate din sectorul bancar. După cum a explicat consilierul prezidenţial pe probleme economice, Elena Gorelova, răscumpărarea obligaţiilor de stat din contul surselor bugetare va însemna o povară grea pentru buget pentru următorii 25 de ani şi va costa cetăţenii de la 600 mil. lei până la 1 mld. lei anual. Or, aceşti bani vor fi obţinuţi, cel mai probabil, prin reducerea cheltuielilor sociale, a subvențiilor pentru sectorul agrar, prin reducerea investiţiilor în economie. În acest context, Preşedintele a semnat o iniţiativă legislativă, care prevede anularea proiectului de lege în acest sens, adoptat anterior de către Parlament. În acelaşi timp, șeful statului va organiza consultări pentru identificarea soluţiei optime, care va asigura stabilitatea bugetului și sistemului bancar.
