Премьер-министр обсудит с руководителями консервных предприятий проблемы развития отрасли

Премьер-министр Кирилл Габурич во вторник встретится с руководителями предприятий консервной промышленности - "Orhei-Vit", "Natur Bravo", "Alfa Nistru", "Ecovit", "Fortuna Plus", "Fabrica de conserve din Calaraşi", "Covali&Co" и "Monsterax-GSG". Как сообщил корреспонденту "Инфотаг" менеджер одного из предприятий, встреча пройдет на Оргеевском филиале АО "Orhei-Vit", которое является единственным заводом в Молдове, работающим не только во время сельскохозяйственного сезона, но и на протяжении всего календарного года. Собеседник агентства сказал, что участники встречи обсудят проблему возвращения продукции молдавских консервных предприятий на рынок России. В июле 2014 г. Россия ввела ряд ограничений для молдавской консервированной продукции, что привело к потерям отрасли примерно на 500 млн. леев. Предприятия отрасли так и не получили от государства обещанных им компенсаций или финансовой помощи. Они просят помощи у правительства для выделения им целевого кредита из ресурсов Национального банка. Консервщики рассчитывают на поддержку правительства в разрешении других жизненно важных для отрасли вопросов: снижение НДС на продовольственные товары, отмена пошлин на импорт полуфабрикатов и материалов, защита и продвижение молдавской продукции на внутреннем рынке, создание эффективной системы закупок государства, аналогичной американской (Buy American Act). Представитель консервного завода сказал, что участники встречи обсудят с премьер-министром меры по стабилизации платежного баланса Молдовы. Украина в конце 2014 г. приняла у себя аналогичный закон, на основании которого весь импорт, включая молдавские товары, облагается новым тарифом - 10% для продовольственных товаров и 5% - для прочего импорта. В последние годы импорт из Украины превышает экспорт молдавских товаров в эту страну в 5 раз. Ситуация может еще больше усугубится, поскольку товары из Молдовы становятся в Украине дороже, - отметил представитель завода, считая, что подобный законопроект помог бы правительству РМ стабилизировать валютный курс и способствовал бы пополнению госбюджета.
