Premierul a discutat cu potenţialii investitori străini

Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip a avut o întrevedere cu administraţia companiei transnaţionale franceze Veolia, specializată în gospodăria apelor, gestionarea deșeurilor și servicii energetice. Referindu-se la domeniile de activitate ale companiei, Pavel Filip a specificat că Moldova are nevoie de investiţii şi modernizare în toate cele trei direcţii: managementul apelor, gestionarea deșeurilor și prestarea serviciilor energetice. Prim-ministrul a confirmat deschiderea şi disponibilitatea Executivului de a acorda toată susţinerea necesară în realizarea unor proiecte viabile în aceste sectoare importante pentru economia naţională. Suntem un Guvern pro-business, care susţine dezvoltarea agenţilor economici şi le acordă tot sprijinul necesar în depăşirea barierelor birocratice. Întreprindem toate eforturile pentru a asigura un climat de afaceri cît mai favorabil şi a atrage potenţialii investitori, a accentuat Pavel Filip. La rîndul lor, reprezentanţii companiei „Veolia” au vorbit despre activitatea grupului la nivel mondial şi regional şi au confirmat interesul pentru extinderea afacerilor în Republica Moldova, inclusiv prin atragerea de fonduri europene în acest scop. Şeful Guvernului a spus că în Moldova este bine dezvoltat cadrul de reglementare privind parteneriatul public-privat, care ar putea oferi platforma necesară pentru iniţierea unor proiecte comune. În context, Premierul a solicitat să fie identificate direcţiile prioritare de cooperare între părţi, astfel ca în timpul apropiat să fie puse în discuţie proiecte concrete de colaborare. Veolia Environnement SA se numără printre liderii mondiali în furnizarea serviciilor pentru dezvoltarea umană durabilă. În prezent, compania are peste 200 de mii de angajaţi, iar cifra de afaceri a atins anul trecut 24,8 mld. euro.
