Premierul a solicitat urgentarea aprobării proiectului de lege privind reforma sistemului de pensii

Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip a convocat în şedinţă membrii Grupului de lucru privind reforma sistemului de pensii din Republica Moldova, pentru a examina stadiul actual al implementării conceptului de reformă în domeniu şi acţiunile imediate care se impun. Reprezentanţii Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei au prezentat reperele de bază şi beneficiile care sunt prevăzute în proiectul definitivat de lege privind reformarea sistemului de pensii. Printre obiectivele principale ale proiectului sunt asigurarea funcționării unui sistem de pensii sustenabil, reducerea inechităților din sistemul de pensii, crearea unui sistem de pensii atractiv, cu un nivel sporit al beneficiilor, asigurarea guvernanței transparente și cu capacități consolidate de administrare a sistemului de pensii. Premierul a subliniat că sistemul de pensii trebuie să asigure echitatea socială, iar mărimea pensiei să corespundă contribuţiilor achitate de beneficiar în bugetul asigurării sociale. Totodată, urmează să fie prevăzută aceeaşi vârstă de pensionare şi acelaşi stagiu de cotizare pentru diferite categorii de beneficiari. Astfel, se va renunţa la condiţiile speciale, privilegiate de pensionare pentru anumite categorii de persoane, care sunt în prezent. În context, el a atenţionat, de asemenea, că beneficiile pensionarilor urmează să fie sporite prin valorizarea venitului asigurat al persoanei din anii precedenţi de muncă. Pavel Filip a solicitat Ministerului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei să urgenteze avizarea și aprobarea proiectului de lege privind reformarea sistemului de pensii şi să asigure, în termeni proximi, publicarea documentului pentru consultări publice. În acelaşi timp, Ministerul de profil urmează să desfăşoare o campanie amplă de comunicare, astfel ca populaţia să fie informată despre prevederile şi beneficiile reformei sistemului de pensii.
