Prestaţii sociale pentru moldovenii care muncesc pe teritoriul Turciei

Cetățenii Republicii Moldova care au desfășurat o activitate temporară de muncă în Turcia, la atingerea vârstei de pensionare vor beneficia de pensie din acest stat. Guvernul a susținut, în cadrul ședinței din 10 august curent, Hotărârea cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege pentru ratificarea Acordului în domeniul securității sociale dintre Republica Moldova și Republica Turcia. Pe lângă pensia pentru limita de vârstă, cetățenii vizați vor primi și de alte prestaţii sociale - indemnizaţii de maternitate, ajutoare de şomaj, indemnizaţii pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă, pensii și indemnizații de dizabilitate, ajutoare de deces, pensii de urmaş. Potrivit ministrului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, Stela Grigoraș , Acordul conține prevederi ce vor motiva persoanele să activeze în sectorul formal și vor motiva migranții din Republica Moldova să revină în țară. Acordul are la bază principii europene de coordonare a sistemelor de securitate socială și este similar celor 12 Acorduri în domeniu, semnate de Republica Moldova cu state membre UE. Dispozițiile Acordului vor asigura portabilitatea drepturilor de pensie pentru persoanele care desfășoară sau au desfășurat o activitate de muncă în Republica Moldova sau în Turcia în baza Acordului, a menționat ministrul. Cred că cu toții susținem acest proiect social, care este foarte importat pentru cetățenii noștri, luând în considerație fenomenul migrării moldovenilor, a declarat, în acest context, prim-ministrul, Pavel Filip. Proiectul prevede că, la stabilirea şi calcularea pensiei, fiecare țară va aplica legislaţia naţională în domeniu și va achita pensia doar pentru perioadele de asigurare realizate pe teritoriul său. Acordul va avea un impact pozitiv asupra climatului investițional din Republica Moldova, va spori credibilitatea agenților economici turci, datorită creării unui cadru legal ce va reglementa expres relațiile dintre angajat-angajator, situațiile de detașare în celălalt stat etc., se mai specifică în proiect.
