Prețul la imobile rezidențiale în capitală a sporit cu 14%

Indicele prețului bunurilor imobile rezidențiale (RPPI) publicat de Banca Națională a Moldovei denotă că, la finele trimestrului IV al anului 2020, prețul de ofertă la bunurile imobile rezidențiale din mun. Chișinău a înregistrat o creștere cu circa 14,0% față de trimestrul IV al anului 2019, fiind mai pronunțată comparativ cu trimestrul III 2020 și comparativ cu perioada similară a anului precedent.
 
Prețul de ofertă la bunurile imobile noi, prezentate pe piața primară, a crescut cu 17,3% față de perioada de referință, iar la bunurile imobile rezidențiale din cadrul pieței secundare – cu 11,8 la sută față de perioada de referință.

 

Indicele prețului imobilului rezidențial (RPPI) reprezintă o măsură a evoluției prețului bunurilor imobile rezidențiale din Chișinău. Un indice fiabil al prețului bunurilor imobile este esențial pentru analiza evoluțiilor și riscurilor asociate pieței imobiliare, precum și pentru descrierea gradului de interconectare dintre piața imobiliară și a gradului de soliditate financiară, comunică BNM în nota tehnică la raport.
