Prezentarea REV5: termen limită - 25 martie

25 martie 2017 este termenul limită de prezentare a declarațiilor persoanelor asigurate REV5 pe suport de hârtie pentru anul 2016. Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale reaminteşte, că potrivit prevederilor pct. 9.2 din anexa nr. 3 la Legea nr. 156 din 01.07.2016 privind bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2016 (Monitorul Oficial nr. 230-231 din 26.07.2016), plătitorii de contribuţii care au prezentat declaraţiile persoanelor asigurate REV5 prin stik-uri USB sau prin intermediul portalului www.raportare.md fără semnătură electronică (o lună sau mai multe luni) vor prezenta şi suportul de hârtie al acestora odată pe an. Atenționăm, că pentru neprezentarea declarațiilor REV5 privind evidenţa nominală a asiguraților în termenii stabiliți de legislația în vigoare, art. 294 alin. (1) din Codul Contravențional al Republicii Moldova prevede aplicarea unei amenzi de la 15 la 50 unităţi convenționale persoanei cu funcție de răspundere şi o amendă de la 50 la 100 unităţi convenționale aplicată persoanei juridice.
