Приднестровский центробанк выделил 500 млн руб. ($44,2 млн) на поддержку Сбербанка

Приднестровский центробанк (ПРБ) помог местному Сбербанку увеличить уставный капитал с 280 млн руб. ($24,8 млн) до 780 млн руб. ($69 млн), приобретя в рамках дополнительной эмиссии его акции. Об этом сообщил председатель ПРБ Эдуард Косовский, пояснив, что ЗАО «Приднестровский Сбербанк» - банк со стопроцентным государственным участием, задействованный в выполнении целого ряда государственных программ. В нем обслуживаются счета местных бюджетов, муниципальных и государственных предприятий, через него производится выплата пенсий. Именно он осуществляет кредитование потребностей республиканского бюджета в целях обеспечения своевременности выплат зарплат и пенсий. То есть, от устойчивости данного кредитного учреждения во многом зависит устойчивость финансовой системы Приднестровья, - подчеркнул банкир. Он не считает «поддержку системообразующих банков чем-то новым в современном мире». По словам Косовского, увеличение уставного капитала Сбербанка сопровождалось расширением такого денежного показателя, как «денежная база» (на 317,6 млн руб. ($28,1 млн) - до 1 844,7 млн руб. ($161,2 млн), отразившего прирост средств на корреспондентском счете банка в ПРБ. Поводом для его выступления послужили запросы депутатов Верховного совета по поводу того, как увеличение денежной базы скажется на курсе рубля и уровне инфляции.
