Prima Casă: până în prezent au fost procurate 5462 locuințe

Ministerul Finanțelor a oferit date actualizate privind implementarea programului guvernamental ”Prima Casă”. Astfel, suma compensațiilor acordate din bugetul de stat pentru acoperirea parțială a cheltuielilor pe care le suportă beneficiarii pentru achitarea creditului ipotecar în cadrul Programului de stat „Prima casă” constituie 40,5 mil. lei.

 

Din numărul total al beneficiarilor, 964 persoane beneficiază de compensații din bugetul de stat în cadrul programului Prima Casă 2, 2337 – în cadrul programului Prima Casă 3, 752 – în cadrul programului Prima Casă 4, iar 15 – în cadrul programului Prima Casă 5.

 

Din 5462 beneficiari, 3768 sunt familii, iar 1694 sunt tineri necăsătoriți. Vârsta medie a solicitanților este de 31,4 ani. Valoarea medie a locuințelor procurate este de 603,24 mii lei. Din numărul total de locuințe procurate, 5106 sunt amplasate în zonele urbane, iar 356 - în zonele rurale. Totodată, 4996 locuințe procurate sunt apartamente, iar 466 - case de locuit individuale.
 

Menționăm că, beneficiar al Programului guvernamental „Prima Casă” poate fi cetățeanul Republicii Moldova, cu vârsta cuprinsă între 18 și 50 de ani, care este angajat oficial la o instituție de stat sau companie privată din țară și dispune de venituri din surse oficiale. Cota participației proprii inițiale constituie 5% din prețul de procurare a locuinței.
