Primele licitaţii în cadrul Programului de Investiţii Prioritare

În contextul lansării Programului de Investiţii Prioritare, finanţat de BERD şi de BEI, cu valoarea totală a investiţiilor de 64,8 milioane de euro, au fost desfăşurate primele 3 licitaţii din cele 6 planificate pentru prima etapă, transmite Ipn cu referire la Apă-Canal Chişinău. Cele 3 şedinţe de deschidere a licitaţiilor prevăd atribuirea contractelor de achiziţie pentru livrarea şi instalarea echipamentului de pompare şi a celui electric la staţiile de pompare din Chişinău; livrarea maşinilor şi tehnicii specializate, care cuprinde: autocamioane şi remorci, echipament pentru curăţarea canalizării, excavatoare, autocamion cu macara, furgonetă dotată integral pentru inspecţia conductelor şi echipament de inspecţie a conductelor; livrarea utilajului de mentenanţă şi de detectare a scurgerilor, care cuprinde: echipamente de detectare a scurgerilor, instrumente şi echipamente pentru echipe de reparaţii, armături, cuplaje şi adaptoare pentru reparaţia ţevilor. În cadrul acestor licitaţii au fost depuse 20 de oferte, parvenite din 11 ţări: Statele Unite ale Americii, Marea Britanie, Danemarca, Franţa, Spania, Italia, Austria, Lituania, România, Ucraina şi Republica Moldova. Comisia, reprezentată de către experţi locali şi internaţionali, evaluează ofertele. Paralel cu aceste lucrări continuă elaborarea caietelor de sarcini pentru următoarele licitaţii. La prima etapă, pe lângă cele menţionate, Programul va mai asigura reabilitarea a circa 200 km de apeduct, reducerea presiunii în reţea şi, respectiv, reducerea scurgerilor la reţele, reabilitarea a peste 3 mii de branşamente ale blocurilor de locuinţe. În 2016 va începe cea de-a doua etapă a Programului de Investiţii Prioritare, care prevede reabilitarea Staţiei de Epurare a Apelor Uzate din Chişinău, în rezultat fiind dotată cu noi tehnologii care vor elimina problema depozitării nămolului provenit din epurarea apelor uzate, iar nămolul va putea fi utilizat în continuare pentru producerea biogazului şi a fertilizanţilor.
