Privatizarea instituțiilor medicale nu se va permite

Anexa Legii privind administrarea şi deetatizarea proprietăţii publice, care conține lista bunurilor nepasibile de privatizare, va fi completată cu o serie de instituții medicale. Un proiect în acest sens a fost votat de către deputați în prima lectură. În lista respectivă urmează a fi incluse IMSP ,,Policlinica Stomatologică Republicană”, IMSP ,,Spitalul de Dermatologie și Maladii Comunicabile”, IMSP ,,Institutul de Ftiziopulmonologie Chiril Draganiuc”, IMSP ,,Institutul de Neurologie și Neurochirurgie”, IMSP ,,Institutul de Cardiologie”, IMSP ,,Spitalul Clinic de boli infecțioase Toma Ciorbă”, IMSP ,,Spitalul Clinic Republican”, Centru Național de Transfuzie a Sângelui, precum și altele. Necesitatea acestor completări este evidențiată prin faptul că în ultima perioadă se insistă ca unele din instituțiile medicale să fie supuse privatizării, se menționează în proiect. Proiectul de lege este propus cu scopul de a fortifica sistemul de sănătate din Republica Moldova, prin includerea Instituţiile Medico-Sanitare Publice în lista bunurilor nepasibile de privatizare și excluderea posibilității ca acestea să fie scoase din proprietatea statului, a menționat unul din autori, deputatul Lilian Carp. La rândul său, Președintele Comisiei economie, buget și finanțe, Ștefan Creangă, a menționat că membrii Comisei propun schimbarea conceptului inițiativei legislative și anume să fie stabilit expres în Legea privind administrarea și deetatizarea proprietății publice o normă, conform căreia instituțiile medico-sanitare publice sunt bunuri nepasibile de privatizare. Această doleanță a apărut și în timpul dezbaterilor asupra proiectului, unde deputații au propus modificarea conceptului proiectului prin stabilirea unei sintagme, care să interzică privatizarea tuturor instituțiilor medicale, nu doar completarea listei respective, unde nu sunt incluse toate aceste instituții.
