Procedura de obținere a numerelor de înmatriculare neutre, publicată

În Monitorul Oficial de vineri, 7 septembrie curent, a fost publicat Ordinul Serviciului Vamal cu privire la procedura de vămuire a mijloacelor de transport introduse pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova în vederea obținerii numerelor de înmatriculare neutre. Acesta stabileşte modul de obținere a numerelor indicate în baza unui nou formular tipizat. Astfel, începând cu 1 septembrie curent, vămuirea mijloacelor de transport clasificate la poziția tarifară 8703 și remorcile atașate la acestea, clasificate la poziția tarifară 8716, motocicletele și bicicletele cu motor auxiliar, cu sau fără ataș, clasificate la poziția tarifară 8711 şi introduse după data de 24 aprilie 2018 pe teritoriul unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale din stânga Nistrului sau municipiul Bender, se efectuează prin perfectarea unui nou formular tipizat – TV-24. Pentru obținerea acestuia, solicitanții prezintă actele confirmative ce atestă domiciliul persoanei și dreptul de proprietate, precum și o declarație pe proprie răspundere cu privire la veridicitatea datelor prezentate în documentele anexate. Formularul tipizat TV-24 se eliberează la posturile vamale interne de control și la posturile vamale amplasate în punctele de trecere a frontierei de stat moldo-ucrainene de pe segmentul transnistrean la care se efectuează controlul comun. Mijloacele de transport introduse prin posturile vamale amplasate pe frontiera de stat controlată de organele constituționale ale RM, se plasează în regim vamal de tranzit pe principii generale stabilite de legislația în vigoare. Documentul mai prevede că, în toate cazurile eliberării Formularului tipizat TV24, mijlocul de transport este îndreptat către subdiviziunile Agenției Servicii Publice din orașele Tiraspol și Râbnița pentru înmatriculare, cu obținerea numerelor de înregistrare neutre.
