Procedura de schimb valutar va fi modificată

Operațiunea de schimbare a banilor dintr-o valută în alta ar putea fi posibilă doar la prezentarea buletinului de identitate, iar cetățenii care vor dori să schimbe mai mult de 5.000 de lei ar putea fi înregistrați de casele de schimb valutar. Prevederea se conține într-un nou proiect de lege pentru combaterea spălării banilor și finanțării terorismului. Acesta a fost elaborat de Ministerul Justiției și este la etapa avizării de către comisiile parlamentare. Potrivit autorilor proiectului, documentul are drept scop protejarea sistemului național financiar bancar, nebancar și a liberilor profesioniști, apărarea drepturilor și intereselor legitime ale persoanelor fizice și juridice, precum și ale statului. Acesta a trezit mai multe discuții în Comisia parlamentară pentru politică externă și intergrare europeană, însă urmează să primească avizul de la Comisia juridică înainte de a fi votat în plen.
