Procedura de obţinere a certificatului de naştere românesc a fost simplificată

Ambasada României în Republica Moldova informează că procedura de obţinere a certificatului de naştere românesc s-a simplificat. Noua procedură permite depunerea actelor necesare obţinerii certificatului de naştere românesc imediat după depunerea jurământului de credinţă faţă de România. Această măsură vine în sprijinul cetăţenilor care doresc redobândirea cetăţeniei române prin scurtarea perioadei de timp pentru obţinerea documentelor româneşti. Astfel, cetăţenii care doresc depunerea documentelor pentru înscrierea actelor de stare civilă în aceeaşi zi cu data jurământului de credinţă faţă de România nu au nevoie de programarea prealabilă şi sunt scutiţi astfel de drum suplimentar la Secţia Consulară. Ambasada României informează de asemenea că cetăţenii care doresc să îşi depună documentele necesare transcrierii actelor de stare civilă, la o dată ulterioară, trebuie să se programeze la ghiseele de informatii sau prin sistemul Call Center, la numărul de telefon 022 855 002, disponibil de luni până vineri, între orele 8.00 şi 14.00. Ambasada României în Republica Molodva reaminteşte că actele necesare obţinerii certificatului de naştere românesc pentru cetăţenii nascuti pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova sunt: certificatul de naştere emis de autorităţile Republicii Moldova (original şi copie legalizată), certificatul de căsătorie sau extrasul de căsătorie, certificatul de divorţ sau de deces (în cazul persoanelor divorţate sau văduve, în copie simplă), buletinul de identitate valabil (în copie simplă) şi certificatul de cetăţenie română.
