Процессинговый центр MoldMediaCard работает в обычном режиме

В минувшую ночь с четверга на пятницу процессинговый центр MoldMediaCard работал в нормальном режиме, - так прокомментировали агентству «Инфотаг» ситуацию после произошедшего сбоя в работе оборудования, что лишило функциональности банковские карты нескольких молдавских банков. «Сбой произошел при регламентных работах, и мы не уверены, что нам будет до конца ясна причина случившегося. Но благодаря, не побоюсь этого слова, настоящему героизму специалистов, как в Молдове, так и за ее пределами, включая США и Францию, проблема была устранена, и сотни тысяч карточек вновь стали функциональными. Это была коллективная работа, которой дистанционно руководили на самом верху – в компании Hewlett Packard» , - сказал собеседник агентства. На вопрос корреспондента, не будут ли утеряны данные о транзакциях, которые могли быть совершены в это время, специалисты сказали, что такого нельзя исключать, но эти операции можно восстановить в ручном режиме. Представитель MoldMediaCard рассказал, что каждые десять минут специалисты центра проводят мониторинг ситуации как внутри страны, так и за границей на предмет осуществления платежей с помощью карточек молдавских банков посредством систем Master Card, Viza и American Express, который показывает нормальное прохождение расчетов. В системе оборудования центра MoldMediaCard используется четыре Controller-a. При падении одного из них система бесперебойно продолжает работу. "И даже при падении трех Controller-ов бесперебойная работа системе гарантирована. А здесь сразу «упали» все четыре Controller-а, обеспечивающих информационную связь между сервером и данными о карточных транзакциях. Обеспечить к ним доступ позволили специалисты третьего уровня защиты (Level-III), с которыми мы находились на прямой связи все это время", - объяснили корреспонденту агентства в MoldMediaCard. Справка «Инфотаг»: Учредителями процессингового центра MoldMediaCard являются пять банков – BC Moldova Agroindbank S.A., BC Eurocreditbank S.A., BC Banca Sociala S.A., BC Unibank S.A. и Banca de economii. Доля Agroindbank-а в капитале центра превышает 50%.
