Продления сроков деятельности по патенту не будет

Парламентская комиссия по экономике, бюджету и финансам не поддержала инициативу о продлении до конца 2019 года срока деятельности на базе патента. В ходе заседании комиссии депутаты рассмотрели законодательную инициативу о внесении ряда поправок в закон о патенте. В частности, законопроект предусматривал расширение срока осуществления розничной торговли с лотков, прилавков, из палаток, киосков (ларьков), павильонов и автомашин, а также реализации пищевых продуктов и скоропортящихся товаров отечественного производства еще на один год - до конца 2019 года. В настоящее время лицам, которые обладали патентом по состоянию на 31 декабря 2016 г. на эти виды деятельности, разрешено работать до 31 декабря 2018 года. Авторы инициативы также предложили, чтобы владельцы патентов, выданных на торговую деятельность, могли осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность в пределах одного района, а не только населенного пункта, как это предусмотрено сегодня. Кроме того, учитывая, что многие коммерческие рынки, на которых торговля на базе патента разрешена, не имеют официального статуса коммерческого рынка, авторы инициативы предложили, чтобы осуществление торговой деятельности на базе патентов осуществлялась также и «в местах, разрешенных органами местного публичного управления». Однако, после дискуссий, в которых были высказаны различные позиции по этому вопросу, данная законодательная инициатива не набрала необходимого количества голосов депутатов комиссии и не была одобрена.
