Produsele de primă necesitate importate nu vor fi supuse certificării naționale

Comisia pentru Situaţii Excepţionale a Republicii Moldova a dispus că, prin derogare de la prevederile Legii nr.221/2007 privind activitatea sanitară veterinară, mărfurile supuse supravegherii sanitar-veterinare se vor plasa pe piață pe baza certificatelor sanitar-veterinare eliberate de Autoritatea sanitară veterinară din țările UE, fără a fi supuse certificării de către Agenția Națională pentru Siguranța Alimentelor, ceea ce  va simplifica și va reduce termenul de plasare a produselor de prima necesitate pe rafturile magazinelor. Totodată, măsura va asigura substituirea produselor importate anterior din țările afectate în prezent de situația din Ucraina cu cele importate din țările UE, comunică Ministerul Economiei.   

 

Astfel, Serviciul Vamal și Agenția Națională pentru Siguranța Alimentelor își vor organiza activitatea la punctele de frontieră și la posturile vamale interne, ținând cont de necesitatea asigurării trecerii peste frontieră a produselor alimentare și de strictă necesitate în regim non-stop și prioritar.

 

Potrivit CSE, această prevedere va fi aplicată pentru perioada stării de urgență, scopul fiind asigurarea pentru agenții economici importatori a unui regim de lucru adecvat situației.
