Programul Prima Casă a depășit așteptările Guvernului

Executivul a prezentat rezultatele intermediare ale Programului guvernamental „Prima Casă”. De la lansarea Programului (26 martie 2018) până în prezent, prin intermediul acestuia au fost procurate 1375 locuințe. Dintre acestea, 1003 apartamente au fost cumpărate de familii, iar 372 – de tineri necăsătoriți. Programul Prima Casă a depășit așteptările Guvernului. Este mult mai eficient decât am crezut la prima etapă. Băncile au început să concureze între ele şi oferă dobânzi mai joase decât presupuneam. Pentru noi este important ca oamenii să rămână acasă, alături de familii, a spus Pavel Filip. Băncile participante la program (total, cinci), în cele 11 luni de la punerea în aplicare a Programului au acordat credite în valoare de 662 mil. lei, iar suma garanțiilor oferite de stat este de aproape 331 mil. de lei. Conform datelor prezentate, suprafața unui apartament procurat este în medie de 59 de metri pătrați, costul mediu fiind de circa 564 mii de lei. Din totalul locuințelor, 1284 au fost procurate în orașe, iar 91 - în sate. Vârsta medie a beneficiarilor este de 31 de ani. Potrivit estimărilor, în anul 2019 vor fi acordate încă 3000 de credite pentru tinerii și familiile care vor apela la Programul „Prima Casă”. Amintim că Programul oferă facilități suplimentare familiilor cu copii. Astfel, statul acoperă 10% din prețul apartamentului pentru familiile cu un copil, 25% – pentru cele cu doi copii, 50% – pentru familiile care au trei copii, iar pentru cele cu 4 și mai mulți copii, statul achită integral suma, familia plătind doar dobânzile.
