Proiectul legii privind liberalizarea capitalului și amnistia fiscală, retras din Parlament

Proiectul privind Liberalizarea capitalului și stimularea fiscală a fost retras din Parlament. Informația a fost confirmată de către unul dintre autorii proiectului, Andrian Candu. Candu a venit și cu o reacție oficială pe Facebook. Am decis retragerea celor două proiecte legate de liberalizarea capitalului şi amnistia fiscală. Aşa cum am şi promis atunci când a fost iniţiat proiectul şi votat în lectura I, toată această perioadă am lucrat cu expertiză juridică şi economică, atât cu experţi locali cât şi cu experţi internaţionali. Au fost constate mai multe deficienţe, motiv din care, toţi cei cinci deputati care am semnat proiectele de legi, am depus cererea de retragere. Proiectele deja sunt retrase din Parlament, a scris Candu. Potrivit lui Candu, în urma mai multor expertize s-au stabilit deficiențe tehnice ale proiectului, astfel documentul a fost retras total și nu va mai fi discutat în plen. Amintim că proiectul privind liberalizarea capitalului și amnistia fiscală, potrivit reacției oficiale a FMI, în forma curentă, ar fi dus la periclitarea măsurilor de combatere a corupției și ar pune piedici în lupta cu spălarea banilor și fraudele. Și de la CNA proiectul a primit aviz negativ. Potrivit CNA, proiectul a fost votat în Parlament cu încălcări grave ale normei constituționale, fără a avea avizul Guvernului și nici expertiza CNA. Proiectul creează riscul liberalizării capitalului obținut din infracțiuni, diminuării încasărilor la bugetul public național, permite scheme de preluare frauduloasă a proprietăților străine, afectează buna-funcționare a Procuraturii, ANI, CNA, MAI.
