Proiectul ”Prima Casă” se va extinde în toată țara

Guvernul se pregăteşte să lanseze la nivel național proiectul "Prima Casă". Acesta va permite în special familiilor tinere să-şi cumpere apartamente noi în condiţii preferenţiale. Statul ar putea garanta o parte din creditul ipotecar, iar rata ar putea fi mult mai mică decât ratele stabilite în prezent de băncile din Moldova. Proiectul "Prima Casă" se bazează pe modele aplicate în ţările europene, unde proiectul are succes. Guvernul de la Chişinău anunţase încă din decembrie că valoarea totală a împrumuturilor garantate de stat în prima etapă ar fi de 500 de mil. lei, iar mai apoi - de 1 mld. lei. Conform documentului initial, statul ar putea acoperi astfel o treime din creditul ipotecar pentru un apartament de 50 de metri pătraţi. Premierul Pavel Filip promite că vom avea un proiect definitivat pentru programul "Prima Casă" până la sfârşitul lunii aprilie. Elementul de bază al acestui proiect este că statul va garanta celui care vrea să obțină un apartament, asta ar însemna că prima plată va fi mai joasă pe de o parte, pe de altă parte, dobânda pentru credit, la fel va fi una mai mică decât este obișnuit astăzi în piață, a declarat premierul Pavel Filip.
