Cerințe față de funcție Studii: superioare economice (marketing, business). Experiență: vechime în domeniul de activitate de nu mai puțin de 1 an. Competențe: cunoașterea PC. Capacități: • Gândire analitică și sistemică; • Formatare, prezentare a documentelor; • Soluționare operativă a sarcinilor; • Abilități de respectare deadline-uri; • Creativitate, comunicabilitate, responsabilitate; • Fluență în limbile româna și rusa. Responsabilități: • Elaborarea, implementarea și dezvoltarea strategiilor și politicilor de marketing; • Menținerea și dezvoltarea relațiilor media, campaniilor de publicitate și promoții; • Monitorizarea permanentă a pieței și a concurenței, identificarea unor noi oportunități de vânzare și a clienților noi; • Analiza eficienței activităților de marketing; • Asigurarea și creșterea vizibilității Publicației în piața de profil; • Crearea, menținerea și sporirea loialității față de brand și creșterea notorietății acestuia; • Participarea la realizarea materialelor și campaniilor de promovare și comunicare; • Urmărirea evoluției vânzărilor, identificarea și prezentarea propunerilor de corecție/optimizare; • Realizarea analizelor și rapoartelor periodice de activitate/vânzări. • Dezvoltarea politicii de fidelizare a clienților; • Planificarea și organizarea de evenimente în cadrul Publicației; • Crearea și actualizarea unei baze de date cu clienții și potențialii clienți; • Negocierea condițiilor încheierii contractelor ce aduc venit Publicației; • Analiza ofertelor publicitare și identificarea celor mai avantajoase forme de promovare (atât din perspectiva impactului asupra pieții, cât și din perspectiva tarifelor); • Elaborarea materialelor publicitare (broșuri, anunțuri, pliante, oferte, etc.); Condiții de muncă oferite: • Lucrul într-o echipă stabilă și dinamică; • Oportunități de dezvoltare profesională.
