Puncte termice individuale de ultimă generație vor fi instalate în 13 blocuri din capital

13 blocuri locative din capitală vor beneficia de renovarea totală a rețelelor termice. De asemenea, le vor fi instalate puncte termice individuale de ultima generație, complet automatizate, pentru apă caldă menajeră, direct la subsolul blocului. Lucrările se încadrează în Planul de investiţii al Termoelectrica pentru anul curent şi vor permite îmbunătăţirea calităţii livrării serviciilor de termoficare în special în perioada de iarnă. Potrivit directorului general al Termoelectrica S.A., Veaceslav Eni, obiectivul de bază al întreprinderii este eficientizarea Sistemului de Alimentare Centralizată cu Energie Termică (SACET) din municipiul Chişinău şi îmbunătăţirea calităţii serviciilor de termoficare, astfel încât locuitorii capitalei să se convingă că sistemul centralizat de termoficare poate fi mult mai calitativ, ieftin, eficient şi sigur. Punctele termice individuale, care urmează a fi instalate la subsolul fiecărui bloc, sunt un set de echipamente specializate, destinate încălzirii clădirii în regim automat, cu posibilitatea de reglare automată a temperaturii agentului termic, inclusiv în funcţie de temperatura aerului exterior. Acestea permit încălzirea apei calde direct în interiorul clădirii, reducând semnificativ costurile pentru energia termică. În legătură cu desfăşurarea lucrărilor respective, în perioada 09 – 29 august, pentru cele 13 blocuri locative, situate în perimetrul străzilor Grădina Botanică şi Salcâmilor, va fi sistată livrarea apei calde menajere.
