Raportul de activitate a întreprinderilor de stat în anul 2015 a fost audiat în parlament

Parlamentul a aprobat joi, 28 iulie, raportul privind activitatea întreprinderilor de stat în anul 2015. Documentul a fost prezentat de vicepremierul, ministrul economiei Octavian Calmîc. El a menţionat că în perioada de raportare în Moldova au funcţionat 251 întreprinderi de stat, inclusiv şase în străinătate, precum şi 111 întreprinderi în care cota statului depăşeşte 25%. Totodată, şase întreprinderi şi 19 societăţi pe acţiuni sînt în proces de insolvabilitate, iar 12 întreprinderi şi 18 societăţi pe acţiuni - în proces de lichidare. Venitul brut al întreprinderilor de stat a crescut în anul 2015 cu 11%, în special graţie creşterii vînzărilor la Air-Moldova, Poşta Moldovei, Moldelectrica. Totodată, au scăzut brusc vînzările la întreprinderile Uzina de Sticlă, Aeroportul Mărculeşti. S-au redus vînzările la toate întreprinderile din sectorul energetic, inclusiv Moldovagaz, precum şi Metalferos, Tutun-CTC, - a spus Calmîc. Potrivit spuselor sale, la toate întreprinderile cu capital de stat sînt angajaţi în total 35 920 muncitori, iar salariul mediu este de 4 790 lei. Ministrul a subliniat că încercările statului în anul 2015 de a-şi vinde întreprinderile sau pachetele de acţiuni au fost nereuşite - s-au făcut vînzări de doar 33 mil. de lei, atunci cînd toate întreprinderile sînt evaluate la 25 mlrd. de lei. Raportul vizează anul 2015, dar pot spune că în anul 2016 deja s-au vîndut bunuri ale statului în valoare de 287 mil. de lei. Experienţa demonstrează că pachetele majoritare pot fi vîndute rapid la Bursa de Valori. Următoarea rundă de privatizări este preconizată pentru perioada 8 iulie-23 septembrie 2016. Noi deja am lansat apeluri prin intermediul ambasadelor altor state şi ambasadele Moldovei în străinătate pentru a atrage cît mai mulţi cumpărători şi a vinde patrimoniul de stat la cel mai înalt preţ, - a subliniat Calmîc.
