Rata de bază de refinanțare este menținută de BNM la nivel de 9 la sută anual

Totodată, Comitetul executiv al Băncii Naționale a Moldovei a păstrat și rata dobânzii pentru creditele overnight la nivel de 12% anual, iar pentru depozitele overnight – la nivel de 6% anual. BNM a menținut, de asemenea, norma rezervelor obligatorii pentru mijloacele atrase în valută liber convertibilă la nivel de 14% din baza de calcul, iar norma rezervelor obligatorii de la mijloacele atrase în lei la nivelul de 35%. În contextul coordonării politicilor monetară și bugetar-fiscală, sunt continuate discuțiile cu Ministerul Finanțelor în vederea diversificării mecanismelor de gestionare a lichidității. Potrivit BNM, decizia de păstrare a ratei de bază de refinanțare vizează asigurarea plasării ratei inflației în proximitatea țintei de 5% pe termen mediu, cu o posibilă deviere de ± 1,5 puncte procentuale. În același timp, conduita politicii monetare urmărește asigurarea condițiilor monetare reale adecvate susținerii creditării și economisirii, alături de adaptarea în continuare a mediului economic intern la volatilitățile și incertitudinile din mediul extern. Următoarea ședință a comitetului executiv al BNM cu privire la politica monetară va avea loc pe data de 30 martie 2017. BNM menține rata de bază de refinanțare la nivelul de 9% din 27 octombrie 2016, după ce în precedentele două luni a diminuat-o de la 10% la 9,5%, iar apoi de la 9,5% anual la 9%.
