Разработана стратегия возврата средств, выведенных из банков

Генеральная прокуратура обнародовала разработанную Антикоррупционной прокуратурой, Национальным центром по борьбе с коррупцией и Агентством по возмещению преступно нажитого имущества стратегию возврата выведенных из «Banca de Еconomii», «Banca Socială» и «Unibank»-а средств. Стратегия - это трехлетний план действий по возврату средств и активов, в рамках которого продолжится расследование для определения всех обстоятельств, компаний, юридических и физических лиц и сумм, по которым уголовные дела еще не направлены в суд; продолжится арест имущества по уголовным делам; будут определены, арестованы и изъяты находящиеся в Молдове и за рубежом активы признанных виновными лиц. Помимо этого, в стратегии предусмотрена возможность восстановления в гражданском порядке сумм кредитов, предоставленных с нарушением установленных правил кредитования. Также будет продолжена реализация активов «Banca de Еconomii», «Banca Socială» и «Unibank»-a. В Молдове и за рубежом (всего в десяти международных юрисдикциях) будет проводиться параллельное расследование с использованием национальных и зарубежных баз данных. Для этого каждым государством, в котором предстоит проводить расследование, будут подписаны необходимые соглашения о сотрудничестве. Трехлетний срок определен исходя из плана действий, утвержденного ранее Национальным банком, Национальной антикоррупционной прокуратурой и Агентством по возмещению преступно нажитого имущества. Генеральный прокурор каждые полгода будет заслушивать отчет о достигнутых результатах. Они будут обобщаться и представляться ежегодно в отчете о деятельности Генпрокуратуры, который, в свою очередь, будет представлен парламенту РМ.
