Recepționarea actelor pentru stabilirea indemnizaţiei de maternitate

Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale (CNAS) anunţă că doar în zilele de 7 și 8 aprilie, între orele 7.30 și 15.00, casele teritoriale de asigurări sociale vor recepţiona acte pentru stabilirea indemnizaţiei de maternitate. Excepţie vor constitui CTAS Soroca și CTAS ŞtefanVodă, dat fiind că în orașele respective este stabilit un regim special de carantină. Deservirea beneficiarelor în casele teritoriale va fi organizată în așa mod ca în momentul prestării serviciilor persoanelor să fie asigurată distanța socială necesară de la 1,5 până la 2 metri iar solicitanţii trebuie să poarte măşti şi mănuşi. În acest context, CNAS reamintește că pachetul de acte necesare pe care trebuie să-l prezinte femeile asigurate, soțiile aflate la întreţinerea soţilor asiguraţi și femeile cu statut de șomer pentru a fi stabilită indemnizaţia de maternitate. Acestea sunt: certificatul de concediu medical în original, buletinul de identitate (în original şi în copie), iar în cazul soţiilor aflate la întreţinerea soţilor asiguraţi – certificatul de căsătorie (în original şi în copie) și declaraţia soţiei scrisă pe proprie răspundere, că nu este angajată în câmpul muncii, nu realizează venit asigurat şi nu este persoană asigurată de riscul respectiv. Precizăm, că plata indemnizaţiei de maternitate se efectuează prin intermediul prestatorului de servicii de plată desemnat prin cerere de către beneficiar. Mai multe detalii pot fi găsite pe site-ul Casei Naționale www.cnas.md la compartimentul “Alte prestații sociale”. Din motive de siguranță medicală legate de prevenirea răspândirii și infectării cu coronavirus, a fost prelungit termenul de suspendare a activitaților de primire a cetățenilor în audiență, relații cu publicul atât în oficiul central, cât și în subdiviziunile teritoriale, urmând ca în functie de evoluția situației, să fie anunțate alte decizii.
