Reexaminarea pensiei a fost solicitată de doar 3336 beneficiari

Din circa 22000 de cereri pentru reexaminarea pensiei pentru limită de vârstă prognozate pentru anul curent în primele zile ale anului 2022 au fost depuse doar 3272 cereri, iar din 2000 prevăzute pentru reexaminarea pensiei de dizabilitate – 64 cereri, comunică Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale.
 
Reamintim că, de la 1 ianuarie 2022, dreptul la reexaminarea pensiei pentru limită de vârstă îl au beneficiarii cărora li s-a stabilit pensia după 1 ianuarie 1999 şi au realizat un stagiu de cotizare după ieşirea la pensie de la 5 la 7 ani, precum și pensiile de dizabilitate stabilite până la 1 ianuarie 1999 pentru persoanele care au un stagiu de cotizare de la 2 ani după realizarea dreptului la pensie de dizabilitate. Termenul de examinare a cererii stabilit din anul 2022 este de 60 de zile de la data depunerii acesteia.

 

CNAS reiterează că, pentru a reduce fluxul de beneficiari la ghișeele subdiviziunilor teritoriale, beneficiarii pot depune cererile de reexaminare a pensiilor în regim online, prin intermediul serviciului „e-Cerere Reexaminare pensie” de pe pagina oficială a autorității. În cazul în care persoana nu are posibilitatea de a depune cererea online, aceasta poate să se adreseze în continuare la Casa Teritorială de Asigurări Sociale conform vizei de domiciliu.

 

Noile drepturi la pensie se acordă începând cu luna următoare celei în care a fost depusă cererea şi actele necesare la organul de asigurări sociale. Majorarea pensiei după reexaminare depinde de durata stagiului de cotizare şi mărimea venitului asigurat.
