Registratorii cadastrali vor fi atestați cu calificative

Calificativul „bine” se va acorda registratorului a cărei activitate a fost evaluată la fiecare poziţie cu cel puţin 2 puncte, la proba scrisă a obţinut nota nu mai mică de şapte și a exercitat real cel puţin 3 ani funcţia de registrator. Ordinul Agenției Relații Funciare și Cadastru privind modificările la Regulamentului privind atestarea registratorilor au fost publicate în Monitorul Oficial nr. 244-251 din 14 iulie curent. Potrivit modificărilor, calificativul „satisfăcător” va acorda registratorului a cărei activitate a fost evaluată la fiecare poziţie cu cel puţin 1 punct, la proba scrisă a obţinut nota nu mai mică de 5, a exercitat real cel puţin 3 ani funcţia de registrator, iar „nesatisfăcător” - registratorului a cărui activitate a fost evaluată cel puţin la o poziţie cu 0 puncte, fie la proba scrisă a obţinut nota mai mică de 5. Ordinul mai prevede că, Comisia de atestare poate propune registratorilor elaborarea şi implementarea unui plan individual de perfecţionare profesională, în cazul în care acestuia i s-a acordat calificativul „satisfăcător”, iar în cazul în care la proba scrisă registratorul a obţinut nota mai mică de 5 - repetarea procedurii de atestare a persoanei peste 6 sau 12 luni. O altă modificare prevăzută de Ordinul respectiv menționează necesitatea testării deprinderilor practice, care constă în executarea unei activităţi legate de tematica specifică domeniului de activitate a registratorului, care poate fi: întocmirea unei decizii, executarea unei cereri de înregistrare, executarea unei acţiuni în programul de calculator, folosit în activitatea registratorului. Durata şi gradul de complexitate a probei practice va fi stabilit de Comisia de atestare. În Monitorul Oficial a fost publicat ca anexă la Ordin, Regulamentul cu privire la atestarea registratorilor ce conține criteriile de evaluare a rezultatelor activității registratorilor, cum ar fi calitate muncii, abilitatea de comunicare, comportamentul coresponzător funcției, nivelul riscului decizional.
