Regulamentul cu privire la vizarea documentelor de comerţ internaţional intră în vigoare

Camera de Comerţ şi Industrie a Republicii Moldova va viza documentele de comerţ internaţional reieşind din funcţiile pe care le exercită şi practica mondială a activităţii Camerelor de Comerţ şi Industrie. Această prevedere este stipulată în Regulamentul cu privire la vizarea documentelor de comerţ internaţional, aprobat prin decizia Biroului executiv al Camerei de Comerţ şi Industrie a Republicii Moldova nr. 39/5 din 18 noiembrie 2016 și publicat în Monitorul Oficial din 20 ianuarie curent. Regulamentul reglementează procedura de vizare a documentelor de comerţ internaţional. Conform Regulamentului, documentele care vor fi supuse vizării sunt:
  • contractele de comerţ internaţional
  • invoice-urile
  • certificatele of free sale
  • declaraţiile de producător
  • alte documente de comerţ internaţional.
Pentru vizarea documentelor de comerţ international, solicitantul va depune o cerere autentificată prin semnătura olografă şi ştampila în original. La cerere se va mai anexa:
  • extrasul din Registrul de Stat al întreprinderilor şi organizaţiilor
  • actele de identitate ale ale solicitantului
  • actul eliberat de persoana juridică - emitentă a documentelor prezentate pentru vizare, ce confirmă mostrele ştampilelor și ale semnăturilor aplicate pe acestea (în original).
De asemenea, se vor anexa documentele de comerţ internaţional pentru care se solicită vizarea și dovada de plată ce confirmă achitarea serviciilor prestate de CCI, dacă cererea este considerată admisibilă. În cazul în care cererea este depusă prin intermediul unei persoane împuternicite, se va prezenta o procura eliberată reprezentantului solicitantului, ce confirmă împuternicirile de a reprezenta interesele acestuia la CCI. CCI are dreptul de a refuza vizarea documentelor de comerţ internaţional în cazul în care nu au fost prezentate toate documentele menţionate. Vizarea documentelor de comerţ internațional se efectuează în termen de 3 zile lucrătoare din momentul depunerii cererii şi a documentelor menţionate mai sus.
