Reintegrare socială şi economică pentru migranţii moldoveni

Cetăţenii moldoveni plecaţi peste hotare vor fi la curent cu oportunităţile de reintegrare socială şi economică de acasă, iar autorităţile sunt încurajate să se implice mai activ în monitorizarea procesului migraţional şi acordarea suportului necesar ajustat la necesităţile cetăţenilor. Guvernul a aprobat Planul de acţiuni pentru anii 2017-2020 privind reintegrarea cetăţenilor Republicii Moldova reveniţi de peste hotare. Activităţile planului sunt orientate către toate categoriile de migranţi – copii, tineri, vârstnici.Costurile pentru implementare sunt acoperite din bugetul de stat, precum şi din programele de suport ale partenerilor de dezvoltare, a informat Secretatul general al Guvernului, Lilia Palii. Astfel, documentul conţine o serie de acţiuni şi subacţiuni menite să integreze şi să protejeze cetăţenii reântorşi de peste hotare. Printre acestea se enumeră: • Organizarea activităţilor de informare privind oportunităţile de angajare în câmpul muncii, ofertele educaţionale pentru copii etc. • Desfăşurarea activităţilor de informare cu referire la beneficiile acordurilor de securitate socială semnate cu statele de destinaţie a moldovenilor • Organizarea evenimentelor de consolidare a Diasporei – Zilele Diasporei, Ziua Internaţională a Migrantului, congrese, forumuri etc. • Consolidarea capacităţilor Agenţiei Servicii Publice – Ghişeu Unic şi acordarea suportului informaţional prin intermediul acestuia • Promovarea istoriilor de reintegrare cu succes a cetăţenilor RM reântorşi acasă • Elaborarea unui studiu de evaluare a necesităţilor şi intereselor cetăţenilor reântorşi • Cofinanţarea afacerilor prin intermediul Programului PARE 1+1 • Cofinanţarea afacerilor agricole şi a celor din mediul rural. Un buget total al Planului nu este indicat, însă, din nota proiectului aflăm că vor contribui cu resurse financiare în acest sens Agenţia Elveţiană pentru Dezvoltare, dar şi Organizaţia Internaţională pentru Migraţie.
