Резиденты создаваемых в Молдове виртуальных IT-парков получат налоговые льготы

Представители создаваемых в Молдове виртуальных IT-парков получат налоговые льготы и смогут заниматься в рамках них из своих офисов 8-ю видами деятельности. Это предусматривает Закон об IT-парках, который парламент принял в конце прошлой недели в окончательном чтении. Документ, разработанный министерством информационных технологий и связи, направлен на поддержку компаний, работающих в области информационных технологий, и обеспечивает конкурентоспособную платформу для развития. Ключевым элементом проекта является внедрение инновационной модели налогообложения в виде единого налога в размере 7% от объема продаж для резидентов IT-парков. Парки смогут работать, в том числе, и «виртуально», а резиденты будут вести деятельность из собственных офисов, находящихся на территории Молдовы. В законе оговорены 8 видов деятельности, в рамках IT-парков: создание программного обеспечения на заказ (программное обеспечение, ориентированное на клиента); создание компьютерных игр; создание других продуктов программного обеспечения; по управление (управление и эксплуатация) вычислительной техникой; обработка данных, хостинг и сопутствующая деятельность; деятельность веб-порталов; консультационные услуги в области информационных технологий; другие виды деятельности в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий. По оценкам МИТС, меры, предпринятые в этом направлении, позволят активизировать бизнес в сфере IT, также в эту область увеличится поток иностранных инвестиций, которые, в целом, дадут новый толчок развитию IT-индустрии, ориентированной, в основном, на создание продуктов с высокой добавленной стоимостью и предназначенные для экспорта. Закон об IT-парках является одной из ключевых задач Стратегии повышения конкурентоспособности IT-индустрии на 2015-2021 г. Министерство информационных технологий и связи разработало эту стратегию при поддержке партнеров по развитию и теперь с их помощью продвигает ее.
