Родственники посмертно награжденных граждан получат пособие

С 1 июля 2018 г. вступают в силу поправки в Закон о ветеранах, одобренные парламентом в марте текущего года. Они предусматривают, что родственники первой степени родства лиц, награжденных посмертно орденами «Ordinul Republicii» или «Ștefan cel Mare», будут получать государственное пособие в размере 500 леев в месяц. Для того чтобы обеспечить введение новых требований закона в действие, Министерство здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты разработало проект поправок в постановление правительства о государственных персональных пособиях за особые заслуги перед государством. Право на такое пособие будут иметь супруга/супруг награжденных посмертно орденами «Ordinul Republicii» или «Ștefan cel Mare», которые на день ее/его смерти находились в супружеских отношениях, а в случае их отсутствия – одному из родителей лица, награжденного посмертно. При этом оговорено, что ежемесячное пособие устанавливается им вне зависимости от того, являются они получателями пенсий или государственных социальных пособий или нет. В случае получения пособия родителями, состоящими в разводе, установленная сумма распределяется между ними поровну. Пособие будет выплачиваться на основе заявления, представленного родственниками в территориальные кассы социального страхования. В пояснительной записке к документу отмечается, что если все потенциальные получатели воспользуются предоставленным правом на пособие для супруга/супруги или детей, награжденных государственными орденами посмертно, то до конца 2018 г. на их выплату потребуется около 573 тыс. леев (95,5 тыс. леев в месяц). В частности, на это пособие могут рассчитывать 234 родственника лиц, награжденных посмертно Орденом Республики и 43 родственника лиц, награжденных Орденом Штефана Великого. По информации минздрава, труда и соцзащиты, на выплату всех пособий за особые заслуги перед государством в бюджете на 2018 г. предусмотрено 20,3 млн леев.
