România va acorda Moldovei 550 mii euro pentru construcția gazoductului Ungheni-Chișinău

Cabinetul de miniștri a aprobat o hotărâre privind semnarea Programului de cooperare pe anul 2016 care stabilește procedurile și modalitățile juridice de alocare a banilor ce vor fi primiți din partea României pentru construcția gazoductului Ungheni-Chișinău. Guvernul României va acorda Republicii Moldova o finanţare nerambursabilă de 550 mii euro, în vederea elaborării proiectului tehnic detaliat pentru lucrările de construcţie a gazoductului Ungheni-Chişinău, fiind și faza a doua a construcţiei gazoductului care interconectează sistemele de transport de gaze naturale din România şi Moldova. Obiectivul principal este dezvoltarea infrastructurii energetice și asigurarea cu o nouă sursă de gaze naturale a RM. Suma nerambursabilă de 550 mii euro va fi alocată țării noastre în baza Acordului semnat la București, în aprilie 2010, privind implementarea programului de asistenţă tehnică şi financiară în baza unui ajutor financiar nerambursabil în valoare de 100 mil. euro acordat Republicii Moldova. Reamintim că, la întrevederea bilaterală a Premierilor Pavel Filip şi Dacian Cioloş, în august 2016, la Chişinău, s-a convenit accelerarea cooperării în domeniul energetic, prin iniţierea şi dezvoltarea de proiecte în zona interconexiunii reţelelor de transport de energie electrică şi gaze naturale din cele două state, prioritară fiind extinderea gazoductului Iaşi-Ungheni pe porţiunea Ungheni-Chişinău.
