Рост денежной массы М3
В соответствии с отчетом, сальдо кредитов в экономике увеличилось на 8,9% по сравнению прошлогодними показателями, составив 49,7 млрд леев. В портфеле выданных кредитов 22,8% приходится на ссуды, предоставленные сфере торговли, 17,9% – на приобретение / строительство недвижимости, 16,8% направлены на потребление, 8,4% предназначены сельскому хозяйству, 7,2% - пищевой промышленности и др.
Наибольший рост кредитов зафиксирован в сфере сделок с недвижимостью, объем которых увеличился по сравнению с мартом 2020 г. на 26,8%, и для сельского хозяйства – на 22,3%, что объясняется реализацией Программы процентного субсидирования банковских кредитов, заключенных в период с 1 мая 2020 г. по 31 декабря 2020 г. в рамках бюджетных и налоговых мер поддержки отрасли.
По сравнению с предыдущим отчетным периодом (апрель 2021 г.) несколько снизился показатель покрытия кредитов депозитами – с 159,6% до 155,1%, однако этих ресурсов достаточно для дальнейшего кредитования и коммерческие банки обладают ликвидностью для финансирования экономики.
