Ruslan Malai numit director al Agenţiei Achiziţii Publice

Prin ordinul Ministrului Finanţelor „Cu privire la numirea în funcţie”, dl Ruslan Malai a fost numit în funcţia de director al Agenţiei Achiziţii Publice, începînd cu data de 16 mai 2016. Domnul Ruslan Malai este magistru în economie şi drept, are o experienţă vastă în domeniul achiziţiilor. A activat anterior în cadrul Organizaţiei Naţiunilor Unite pentru Alimentaţie şi Agricultură (FAO) - Biroul Regional pentru Europa şi Asia Centrală (REU), Programul Naţiunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare (UNDP), Ministerului Educaţiei al Republicii Moldova ş.a, şi a primit de la aceştia numeroase recomandări pentru activităţile realizate. Pe parcursul ultimilor 4 ani a participat activ la cursuri de perfecţionare şi specializare în domeniul achiziţiilor în cadrul Băncii Mondiale, Organizaţiei Naţiunilor Unite pentru Alimentaţie şi Agricultură (FAO), Programul Naţiunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare (UNDP) ş.a. În anul 2015 a oţinut titlu de magistru în drept, în domeniul politicilor privind achiziţiile publice. Noul şef al Agenţiei, Ruslan Malai a fost prezentat astăzi colectivului instituţiei de către Ministrul Finanţelor Octavian Armaşu şi Viceminsitrul Finanţelor Iuri Cicibaba. Conducerea Ministerului la felicitat pe dl. Malai cu învestirea în funcţie, i-a urat succese în activitate şi a menţionat că principalul obiectiv este implementarea agendei de reformare a Achiziţiilor Publice.
