Рыбницкому молочному комбинату окажут поддержку

Предприятие получит рассрочку на полгода по уплате задолженности по налогам. Вопрос о необходимости господдержки подняла на заседании Правительства Приднестровья глава рыбницкой госадминистрации Алла Демьянова. «До 2014-го года комбинат был в лидерах пищевой промышленности республики. В 2013-ом объёмы производства были на уровне 125 млн рублей», - напомнила она. В прошлом же году комбинат (из-за выявленных ранее нарушений) практически простаивал – продукции было произведено всего на 2 млн рублей.
На прошлой неделе мы провели выездное заседание, чтобы оценить его техническое состояние. Оно было признано удовлетворительным – оборудование находится в работоспособном состоянии, но задолженности по налогам не позволяют запустить производство в полной мере, - отметила министр экономического развития Алевтина Слинченко.
По состоянию на январь Рыбницкий молочный комбинат должен почти два миллиона рублей местному и республиканскому бюджетам (и внебюджетным фондам). Ещё порядка 750 тысяч – это задолженности по штрафным санкциям Государственного таможенного комитета. Чтобы изменить ситуацию, было предложено дать предприятию полугодовую рассрочку по уплате образовавшихся долгов по налогам.
Согласно бизнес-плану, предоставленному нам руководством, при господдержке комбинат уже в этом году может довести объёмы производства до 60 млн рублей. Для этого есть все необходимые условия, включая молочно-товарную ферму с соответствующим поголовьем скота, кормовую базу, оборудование и т.д., - отметила Алевтина Слинченко.
Члены Правительства ходатайство главы госадминистрации района удовлетворили, но с учётом соблюдения ряда условий.
Это устранение нарушений, выявленных Министерством сельского хозяйства, предоставление детального бизнес-плана и его доработка с Министерством экономического развития, а также – заключение Соглашения с Правительством, где должны быть прописаны взаимные обязательства, - пояснила первый заместитель Председателя Правительства Майя Парнас.
«Государство оказывает поддержку при условии того, что профильные министерства и местная госадминистрация будет следить за выполнением всех обязательств, прописанных в Соглашении», - добавила Председатель Правительства Татьяна Туранская.
