S-a încheiat expoziția mondială de la Milano

Sâmbătă, pe 31 octombrie, s-a încheiat expoziția mondială de la Milano, iar pe 1 noiembrie au început lucrările de dezasamblare a pavilionului Republicii Moldova, care va dura până în luna martie 2016. Lucrările de demontare sunt realizate de compania italienească de construcții, care a și asamblat pavilionul. Organizația pentru Atragerea Investițiilor și Promovare a Exportului din Moldova (MIEPO), responsabilă de participarea țării noastre la acest eveniment, elaborează conceptul unui concurs public în scopul utilizării de mai departe a pavilionului. În acest context, urmează să fie creată o comisiei pentru gestionarea eficientă a patrimoniului public, rămas după participarea țării noastre la Expoziţia Mondială „Milano 2015”, dar și în scopul asigurării continuității în promovarea imaginii Republicii Moldova. Reprezentanții MIEPO spun că, deja la această etapă, se poate spune cu certitudine că la concurs vor putea lua parte atât instituții de stat, cât și private, dar și investitori străini. Condiția principală ar fi să dispună de un teren potrivit și de resurse suficiente pentru a investi și a valorifica la maxim potențialul acestei lucrări de artă. În total, peste un milion de persoane au trecut pragul pavilionului nostru la World Expo 2015 timp de 6 luni. Fluxul de persoane din luna octombrie a depășit cu mult așteptările organizatorilor, fiind cel puțin de două ori mai mare decât până acum. „EXPO” este una din cele mai importante expoziții mondiale generice. Din momentul instituirii, în 1851, evenimentele „EXPO” au devenit simbol al industrializării și constituie o platformă deschisă pentru demonstrarea progreselor tehnice și tehnologice. În cadrul expozițiilor mondiale, statele promovează idei și tehnologii care schimbă lumea. La EXPO 2015 au luat parte 140 de țări și numeroase organizații internaționale. Numărul vizitatorilor a depășit deja cifra de 20 mln, iar suprafața totală a expoziției a constituit 1,1 mln km pătrați.
