Salarii mai mari cu 30% pentru angajații SIS

Angajații Serviciului Informații și Securitate se vor bucura de salarii mai mari. Un proiect de hotărâre în acest sens a fost aprobat astăzi de Guvern. Potrivit viceministrului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei, Gheorghe Țurcanu, salariile vor fi majorate cu aproximativ 30%, informează Unimedia. Trebuie să menționez că această majorare de salarii este pentru stimulare. Acolo este o formă de salarizare prin grila de salarizare. De exemplu șeful Direcției Generale avea un salariu de 1850 de lei, iar acum salariul lui poate ajunge până la 2600 de lei, iar salariul unui șef de direcție va fi majorat de la 1700 de lei la 2450. În procente se primește în jur de 25-30%, în dependență de funcția pe care o deține, a declarat Țurcanu. Țurcanu spune că bani în acest scop sunt prevăzuți în Bugetul pentru anul 2015, iar angajații SIS se vor bucura de salarii majorate de la intrarea în vigoare a documentului. Banii sunt prevăzuți de la aprobarea Bugetului pentru anul 2015, doar că trebuia reglementat cadrul legislativ , a adăugat Țurcanu.
