Salariul minim garantat în sectorul real a fost majorat

Cabinetul de miniștri a aprobat ieri majorarea cuantumului minim garantat al salariului în sectorul real cu 10,5 la sută, pînă la 2100 de lei, care va fi aplicat de la 1 mai 2016, informează Moldpres. Potrivit hotărîrii de Guvern, de la 1 mai ”cuantumul minim garantat al salariului în sectorul real (la întreprinderi, organizații, instituții cu autonomie financiară, indiferent de tipul de proprietate și formă de organizare juridică) se stabilește în mărime de 12,43 lei pe oră sau 2100 lei pe lună, calculat pentru un program complet de lucru în medie de 169 de ore pe lună”. Mărimea minimă garantată a salariului în sectorul real se reexaminează anual de Guvern, în funcție de creșterea anuală a indicelui prețurilor de consum și a ratei de creștere a productivității muncii la nivel național. Indicele prețurilor de consum în anul trecut s-a cifrat la 9,7 la sută, iar productivitatea muncii a crescut cu 1 la sută. În ultimii trei ani salariul minim garantat a crescut cu 27 la sută. În cazul aplicării de către unităţi a sistemului tarifar sau netarifar de salarizare, mărimea salariului lunar total a unui angajat nu poate fi mai mică decît cuantumul minim garantat al salariului în sectorul real, stabilit de Guvern, după consultarea cu partenerii sociali.
